Villa Vallata
floats above the unspoiled Umbrian
countryside, with stunning views of the
Tiber valley from its hillside position. A
wonderfully welcoming home, suitable for
a family holiday or a group of friends.
Furnished in a classic country style, offset
with elegant antiques, Villa Vallata is a
comfortable and welcoming house where
guests will feel immediately at home.
Groups spending their holiday together will
appreciate the layout of the bedrooms
which allows the group to remain "separate
but together" if necessary. A guest annex
for two is located by the pool, while a
second bedroom on the ground floor and
three bedrooms on the first floor, each have
an en-suite bath. Guests arrive at the house
by way of a private, steep white road and
can leave their cars in the shade of a
covered parking area behind the house.
Facing the wonderful views of the valley,
the house is framed by a covered outside
dining area and mature gardens. Steps lead
down to the pool area where guests will find
sun loungers and plenty of space to relax.

NOTE: Two dogs belonging to the owner
are kept near the pool annex in an enclosed
area and are looked after by the house staff.
