This elegant villa and its enclosed grounds
which comprise an entire hillside of 5 acres
are situated on the outskirts of Todi. Despite
its position deep in the Umbrian countryside
at 1500 ft. of altitude, the villa is easily
accessible from the motorway via a paved
road. A tree lined avenue leads up to the
villa which is situated at the top of the hill
and offers breathtaking 360 degree views.
The beauty of the scenery and the landscape
makes one part of the garden unique. This
area has been transformed into a terrace and
has been fitted with a dining table and sofas
which face onto open countryside bordered
only by the distant valleys and by
Montecastello di Vibio - a typical medieval
hill town.
The interior of the villa is also extremely
charming. A welcoming atmosphere is
created through a wealth of tasteful
ornaments, paintings and elegant furniture.
All of the bedrooms are spacious, have
beautiful views and have telephones. The
swimming pool is just a few steps away
from the villa and offers spectacular views,
with Todi visible in the distance. The
scenery can also be enjoyed from the many
furnished areas of the garden which is
lusciously green and well shaded by ancient
trees. The pool area is wonderfully relaxing.
A very short dirt road leads from the electric
gate to the parking area.
