Troscione, a delightful farmhouse

maintains the original characteristics
of the old farmhouse, with wooden
beams, terracotta floors and some
internal walls in the original stone.
From the living and dining rooms,
there is direct access to the furnished
patio, ideal for dining al fresco, while
admiring the wonderful views. The
interior has been furnished in an
elegant country style, and all of the
baths have been renovated. Particularly
comfortable is the living area, divided
into two large rooms, from where one
can enjoy picture book views of the
surrounding hills. From the top floor,
there is access to the lovely and cozy
tower, transformed into an intimate
double bedroom with en-suite bath. The
pool is positioned a few meters from the
villa, overlooking the most panoramic
side of the property. The property is
surrounded by 17 acres of land,
including the large well tended area of
lawn around the main house and guest
annex, and in the distance, farmland
with a few houses can be admired
