medieval town of Todi, this charming villa
can truly boast of spectacular views.
Overlooking the lush green countryside with
its gently sloping hills dotted with lovely
country homes and farms makes this the

holiday. The skyline of Todi, with its red
tiled roofs and bell towers can be seen
further on in the distance. Situated on a
higher level at the rear of the villa is a lovely
wooded area perfect for an early morning
walk.
Designed by an architect who so perfectly
combined the beauty of the original stone,
so typical of the area, with every comfort
that a modern structure can offer its guests.
The recently furnished interiors of Poggio
del Cerro have been further enhanced by
some lovely antique Chinese furniture. The
beds are large and the bathrooms are
tastefully fitted. The spacious and light filled
rooms on all three sides of the villa offer
magnificent views from the large, picture
windows. A separate entrance on one side of
the villa leads to a cozy bedroom with bath
that is ideal for a nanny. A glass door leads
from the kitchen - living area to a delightful
garden, and the lovely furnished area is the
ideal place to dine while enjoying the
stunning views and the total serenity of this
magical position. On the same side of the
villa, though on slightly lower ground, the
large and inviting swimming pool is perfect
for a refreshing swim. A beauty farm, just
10 minutes away, also offers the possibility
of a relaxing message at the villa. Dine at the
fine restaurant nearby or take the children to
visit the barnyard animals at a nearby farm.
