Villa Melograni has over 9000 sq. ft of
living space and is made up of a large
country house and a guest house. It is
surrounded by nine acres of land with
olive trees and a stunning panoramica
of the neighboring countryside. The
villa itself has recently been renovated
with the utmost taste and with
maximum comfort in mind. Every
room is painted in a different tone
which harmonizes beautifully with the
quality fabrics throughout. The large
living rooms and spacious dining room
provide ample accommodation for a
sizeable gathering of friends or family.
The layout of the master bedroom,
with its generous window and central
fireplace, and its two en-suite baths
with Jacuzzi offer real comfort and
luxury. Lower down, the ground floor
is dedicated to well being and game
playing with its sauna, billiard table,
and relaxing living room with a piano
bar. From there, a wall of glass
overlooks the pool. The pool is unusual
in that it has a wave machine, allowing
you to swim in place. On the terraced
lower level, which has an independent
entrance, is the accommodation for the
gardener and his wife, who is the maid,
and is an excellent cook.
