Owned by one of the oldest families in Italy,
and available for rent for the first time, this

Arriving at Casa Ca' Pita, through a rather
unimposing metal gate, and then up a
woodland drive, one is totally unprepared
for the surprise that awaits them. Leaving
the car, and walking through a screen of
shrubs, then down into the garden, it
suddenly opens out into a vast amphitheater
of beautifully cut lawns bounded by trees
and shrubs. Straight ahead is the charming
pink colored house, surrounded by woodland
and gardens. Arriving at Ca' Pita is a delight,
and it is difficult not to immediately continue
exploring the romantic gardens, but its
welcoming housekeeper will be waiting for her
guests after their journey. Proudly she will
show the guests into the hallway, with glimpses
of lovely rooms leading off, and then to the
beautiful bedroom suite, before returning to the
kitchen to prepare dinner. Settle in, and then
discover this gorgeous and welcoming family
house. Inspect its pictures, antiques, art, and
family history. Then explore the rest of the
garden, and find another swath of lawn and
woodland. A beautiful English lawned garden
and an Italian garden of yew, roses and herbs
is complete with a metal gazebo. A lovely
sheltered pool area, complete with changing
area completes the scene.
