Located on the vast Santo Stefano estate, less
than an hour from Florence, Villa Laura is a
stunning, contemporary styled villa with 950 sq.
ft., on a hillside with beautiful valley views, set
away in a private stone walled courtyard. A
polished dιcor set in traditional old Tuscan
stone, blend seamlessly to give this villa a
unique style.
This one floor villa offers a great outdoor space
for children, and given the proximity of the pool,
they can easily be kept in view. The loggia has
beautiful views for relaxing and al fresco dining.
Approximately 20 minutes away from the villa,
there is an 18 hole international golf course at
Castelfalfi; horseback riding and a tennis club
can be found 10 minutes away.

trees, flower beds and extensive lawns.
