This beautiful estate has recently been
purchased by a new owner. Several
changes have been made. Both the villa
and the guest house have been
renovated to a very high standard. Each
bedroom has an en-suite bath. The
house is set amongst green woods,
vineyards, and olive groves in a quiet
location, high in the hills northwest of
Lucca. The views overlooking the
surrounding countryside and the valley
below are spectacular. A well
maintained garden surrounds the house
and, on one side, a large centuries old
oak tree provides a shady area, perfect
for al fresco dining, with breathtaking
views. The owners have kept two
farmhouses on the estate for their own
use, about 80 meters from the villa.
They will use them occasionally during
the summer, but in no way will interfere
with client's privacy.
