Built in the 12th century with 17th century
additions, this fabulous farmhouse has been
carefully restored by the Milanese owners
who reside in the house for a great part of
the year. No detail has been overlooked or
left to chance, with classic views, dazzling
baths, very significant furnishings and a
horizon pool with exercise jet. Set high on
a hill, the views are endless over the
surrounding countryside, with large
landscaped lawns with mature shade trees.
Given its location, Siena is less than a
half hour away while Florence is less than
an hour. Set in the heart of wine country,
many famous estates are just a short drive
away as are many fabulous restaurants. Its
close proximity to major highways makes
touring around to different parts of Tuscany
quite easy.
Ground Floor: Two large living rooms with
two fireplaces, one at the front and one at the
back of the house - Dining room - Large
gourmet kitchen with large dining terrace

en-suite bath
First Floor: King size bedroom with en-suite
bath - Queen size bedroom with en-suite bath -
Twin bedroom with a Phillip Starck en-suite

TV, horizon swimming pool, security system
Maid service: 3 hours, 6 days per week. Extra
hours on request for laundry or babysitting at
E11 per hour.
