This strikingly beautiful four story villa lies
in the heart of the Chianti, only 20 minutes
from Siena and San Gimignano. It is a very
luxurious and extremely sophisticated villa.
Owned for centuries by an aristocratic Italian
family, is encircled by spectacular gardens,
offering breathtaking views of the
surrounding countryside. Dating back to the
early 1400's, it was completely renovated with
extreme care from 1996-1997. The villa
encompasses 15,000 sq. ft and the annex has
4500 sq. ft.
This is one of the finest villas in Tuscany. It is
ideal for large groups who need a venue for
weddings, special events or business
conferences. Guided tours are available to the
most important wine cellars in Tuscany, as
well as golf, mountain bike tours and
orchestra musical entertainment. Excursions to
discover the beautiful coastline of the Monte
Argentario are available with three power
boats that are available for daily rental. The
villa stocks a good selection of Tuscan and
Umbrian wines and will purchase specific
labels at the client's request.

Staff: 9 full time staff - 6 maids, full time
cook, gardener and manager. Staff works from
8:30 AM until after dinner with a two hour
break during the day. Staff alternates time off
of one day per week, per person. Linens are
changed weekly.

- Telephone and fax charges.
- All food and wine is charged separately, receipts will be presented and are to be paid daily.
- All extra incidentals.
- The service of ONE meal per day (usually dinner) plus 100 Euro for the chef is included in the rental price. The service for the second meal will be 200 Euros if guests decide to remain home for lunch.
All of the above services must be paid locally, prior to departure, unless otherwise arranged
