Podere I Celli is a stone country house with
over 5500 sq. ft. of living space in a fabulous,
isolated position in the heart of the Chianti
region, one of the most famous wine areas, a
few kms. from Barberino val d'Elsa, a
medieval stone village between Florence and
Siena, famous for its wines and olive oils.
Podere I Celli was a ruined farmhouse, fully
restored in 2004 and transformed into a high
quality country house, where great care was
taken to include everything one might need
to make a very special holiday. The original
character was carefully preserved, although
the houses has all of the mod cons. In the
restoration, great care was taken to insure
maximum space and privacy, while many
original details have been maintained. All of
the rooms are hand painted using traditional
colors, and the large, airy rooms effortlessly
flow together. The house has a warm, homey
feeling and the atmosphere is typically
Tuscan, with wooden beam and terracotta
and parquet floors, fireplaces, designer
fabrics and characteristic Tuscan furniture.
There are breathtaking views from all of the
rooms as well as the garden and the pool. A
wide terracotta terrace runs along one side of
the hose and there is a wood fired brick oven.

CONDITIONING, 26 x 52 ft. swimming pool,
pool house with 2 baths, sauna and gym.
Maid service of 2 hours, 5 days a week, extra
hours and cook on request
