Recently renovated, Novedieci is a luxury
property located in Sant' Alessio - 5 kms.
from Lucca. The main house can
accommodate up to 16 people and the
capanne can sleep 4. There is also a 16th
century chapel - a perfect location for a
wedding. Set in the countryside of olive
groves, vineyards and cypresses, Novedieci
was originally the farm buildings of the
impressive Villa Donati estate nearby. The
owners have restored the property to a very
high standard using authentic materials in
the traditional Lucchese style. With
terracotta floors and chestnut beamed
ceilings, the property also has modern, well
equipped kitchens and baths, plasma screen
SAT TVs with DVD and stereo systems,
and a gym.
There are two buildings connected by a
large courtyard. The main house has eight
bedrooms with two more in the capanne.
Seven of the bedrooms in the main house
have en-suite baths and the eighth is an
interconnecting room, ideal for children.
There is generous living space both inside
and out, and an extremely attractive
covered terrace with a BBQ for al fresco
dining. Both buildings are winterized with
central heating. With an overall space of over
10,000 sq. ft., all of the rooms are large and
spacious. Bathrooms are simple but elegant
and all have a full bath and separate walk-in
shower. All of the bedrooms have ceiling
fans and hair dryers.

Housekeeping is from Monday through
Saturday
The house manager will meet guests on
arrival to show them the property and will
be available during the visit to help with
arrangements for outings, restaurant
bookings or other reservations. She lives
nearby and speaks English and Italian
The house has a cold drinks fridge which
will be supplied with beer and bottles water
and a wine cellar stocked with a range of
Italian wine. Both are on an honesty basis.

at an additional charge and by prior
arrangement:
