Mezzola is a typical stone Tuscan
farmhouse, located on an estate
producing Chianti wine, only 1 km.
from Cerbaia and 18 kms. from the
center of Florence. Until recently, it
was the home of an antique dealer,
who restored and furnished it for
family use. The interiors of the
house are very comfortable and are
furnished with antiques. The living
area is very spacious, with a large
living room and kitchen, opening out
onto a furnished courtyard where one
can enjoy dining al fresco.
The location of the house is ideal, not
only for exploring the surrounding
Chianti area, but also for being less
than ten minutes from the autostradas
connecting Siena to Florence, Lucca
and Pisa. It is possible to visit these
beautiful cities in less than one hour's ride.
