La Verdiana is a spacious country estate that has
been recently restored, combining Traditional
Tuscan charm and all of the modern amenities.
Located only 45 minutes from Florence and an
hour from Siena in the renowned Chianti Classico
wine region, La Verdiana is nestled amongst
rolling countryside, vineyards and olive groves.
The estate can accommodate up to 18 guests in
the main villa, cottage and a nearby separate suite.
La Verdianas central location in the Chianti
region is perfect for wine and cultural explorers
alike, with easy access to the historic cities of
Florence and Siena. The villa offers complete
comfort and style with its polished, traditional
country elegance, spacious bedrooms, modern
baths and sprawling views. The staff resides in
a separate annex on the estate, about 160 ft. from
the main villa. There is an unpaved dirt road to
the villa, about 1.4 kms. in which an SUV is
recommended, but not necessary.
