Immersed in the heart of the Maremma
region of Tuscany, Fontepuzzola is located
close to the town of Saturnia, famous for its
natural spas, Morellino di Scansano wines,
and numerous local archeological sites. The
ocean is twenty minutes away.
The property itself is a splendid colonial
residence with an accompanying guest house,
surrounded by over six acres of fenced-in
land, part garden and part vineyard. Near by
is an enchanting pond, where one can fish or
simply relax on a small boat provided for
guests to use. The stone swimming pool,
divided into two parts - one for children, can
be found behind the house. The property has
been restored in keeping with its rural
architecture and style, retaining some of the
simple rustic charm of old, creating a pleasant
and cozy atmosphere. The covered patio, with
its built-in barbecue adjacent to the living
room, facing the swimming pool, is furnished
with a large old rustic table and ceiling fan.
The garden is surrounded by 35 acres of
vineyards that make up part of the property
