This sand colored two story dwelling is a
majestic fortress standing proudly against the
rolling hills of Tuscany and the vast expanse
of blue sky above - harkening back to the
days of Rome's triumph and the agrarian
society it once represented. The lawns,
pergolas, patios, and separate annex,
combined with the warmth of the interiors,
make Casa Ripa an unforgettable destination.
The house is reached via a rustic dirt road
and offers breathtaking, panoramic views of
the surrounding countryside. Once inside,
you will be embraced by the warmth of the
soft lighting, the many alcoves, nooks and
crannies, and the comfortable furnishings.
The driveway leads to the large foyer -
entry on the ground floor leads directly into
the kitchen with a cozy sitting area with
fireplace and laundry area. The space
unfolds into a dining area, study, and large
living room with fireplace and desk area.
There are four bedrooms in the main house.
The entire house is AIR CONDITIONED.
Directly down a hill, within full view of the
villa, is a two story annex with four bedrooms.
It has a cozy living area with a fireplace and
a small kitchen - French doors lead to a
dining space with dramatic views. The annex
only has AIR CONDITIONING in the
bedrooms. Both houses have flat screen TVs
in many of the bedrooms and living areas.

house and all bedrooms (€300 euros per week),

Maid service: 3 hours in main house and 3
hours in annex, 5 days a week, extra hours at
€ 13 per hour
Cook: On request at €13 per hour each for
cook and helper
Laundry and ironing available at €13 per hour
