This villa is located on the Mansi
Bernardini estate, in the hills of
Segromigno in Monte. The house has
been recently restored with a
particular taste and attention to detail.
Every bedroom has an en-suite bath,
air conditioning and telephone. There
is a very well equipped kitchen and in
front of it, outside in the garden, a
beautiful patio and barbeque, table and
chairs. The position of the house is
magical, situated within the beautiful
18th century garden of the villa , rich
in vegetation. The swimming pool is
on a wide lawn with beautiful views
over the hills below. There is a tennis
court on the estate. The house has SAT
TV, VCR, and hi-fi system. The maid
who takes care of the house is also an
excellent cook and will prepare meals
for guests on request. The office of the
estate, with an English speaking staff, is
available to assist guests. This house,
along with the others on the estate, is a
wonderful location for a wedding, able
to accommodate 50 guests.
Reservations should be made a year in advance.
