Casa Margherita is a converted stone
Tuscan farmhouse, part of which
dates from the 15th century. The
property, once belonging to one of the
most renowned estates of the Chianti
region, is located in the heart of the
Chianti Classico, 2 kms. away from
the town of Gaiole in Chianti. The
house, which has been recently
furnished by the new owner, is
surrounded by well maintained gardens,
where there is a lovely swimming pool.
Two outside dining terraces overlook
the lawns, one of which has views over
the pool. A particular feature of this
property is the dedicated staff who will
do their utmost to ensure that your
