Casa Joshua is located on the
grounds of Villa Lucia, which
is in the village of Vorno; a
delightful gathering of rustic
stone farmhouses and majestic
villas set in the lush country
side at the foot of Mote Zano,
just south of Lucca. Casa
Joshua is 300 yards from the
main villa and all of the
bedrooms are air conditioned.
There are lovely views to the
north of the towers of Lucca
and the Alpe Alpuane and
southerly views towards Monte
Zano. The six spacious
bedrooms - Montecatini,
Chianti, Cinque Terra, Siena,
San Gimignano and Volterra
all have en-suite baths. The
tasteful refurbishment includes
antique furniture, marble basin
tops and designer fabrics.
There are also four reception
rooms and a lovely garden with
terrace. The house can be
rented as a whole or as two
separate three bedrooms units,
with each unit containing a
large open plan kitchen / dining
room and a living room with a
Tuscan fireplace.
Maid service of 12 hours per
week to be paid locally.
