Camporsevoli is a small hamlet of five
buildings at the top of a hill, with a very long
history, if one considers that the cellar of the
main villa was once an Etruscan tomb - 8th
century BC. Many artifacts were found
there at the beginning of the 20th century and
has been in the family of Marchesi Grossi
since the 1700s. The villa of Camporsevoli
was formerly the courthouse of this
important hamlet, and then the
administrative center of the estate.
Casa del Neri was one of the farmhouses in
the hamlet and has recently been restored and
redecorated, installing new bathrooms and
mod cons such as SAT TV. The hamlet is all
privately owned and is made up of five
buildings, all of which have their private
space, thus their privacy. This house is in
the hamlet, thus it does not have a "proper"
garden. Outside furniture, including a table
and chairs are placed outside on a flagstone
and grass patio. The main entrance is by an
external staircase to the first floor.

A short walk away, about 500 yards, up a
lovely cypress lined path, there is the pool,
which is furnished with large umbrellas,
chaise loungers and chairs. There is a
changing room with bath and a fridge. This
is occasionally also used by the owners.

exit - 20 kms., Fonte Verde Spa at San
