From the terrace of Bella Vista, you can look
out to distant medieval hill towns, an
immaculate patchwork of wheat fields and
the undulating horizon of the Val d'Orcia.
In the foreground and the descending the
slopes of the valley are scattered groves of
olive and fruit trees. At dusk, the scene is
bathed in an intoxicating golden hue.
Bella Vista contains over 2000 square feet of
space and was totally renovated in 1994.
This ancient rural farmhouse, over 300
years old, is located 10 kms. from Sarteano
in the province of Siena. Siena is one hour
away, with Florence, Rome, Todi and Assisi
being 1 ½ hours away.

French doors opening to a large shaded
pergola that faces south - southwest over
the valley. - Kitchen - Dining room -

First floor: Master
bedroom with king sized bed with en-suite
bath - Double bedroom with queen sized
