Aiola is a strikingly beautiful, restored
country house part of a 1700 acres estate
located in the Val D’ Orcia region, south
of Tuscany. This extraordinarily beautiful
stretch of Italy sits between Rome and Florence
with open, breathtaking views, to the Mount
Amiata. The nearby San Casciano Dei Bagni is
an unspoiled medieval village, beautiful, and
rather well kept secret south of Siena. This
intimate luxurious haven is ideal for private
gateway and family reunion. Larger groups can
rent the nearby villa Monticchia which is part of
the same compound.

First Floor: Master suite featuring a queen size
bedroom, a private bathroom with shower and
bathtub, study with fireplace, fax and phone.
Twin bedroom suite with private bathroom
with shower and private TV/ living room. Two
twin bedrooms with one adjacent bathroom
with shower. Additional spacious bathroom
with bathtub also available.
Ground Floor: Independent entrance - Queen
bedroom with private bathroom.
LIVING SPACES:
First Floor: Reception/living hall with fireplace,
an elegant dining room, sitting room
with video and TV.
Ground floor: Spacious living/ playroom with a
billiard and a gambling table, a dining area
with open kitchen corner. This area has a
direct access to the garden.
OUTSIDE FEATURES:
Private pergola for dining al fresco, an extensive
lawn for lounging and private wood for
walks. Very well tended gardens. Impressive
beautiful swimming pool.
AMENITIES:
Washer, dryer and iron facilities on the premises
at disposal of the guests. There is also a very
old chapel on the grounds, which can still be
used for religious functions.
SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Aiola provides maximum comfort in a peaceful, refined and very private atmosphere. Guests can
enjoy walks and bike rides through the properties private paths, and visits to the nearby
Montepulciano, Montalcino, and Cetona famous for their history, cuisine and wineries. Also close
is San Casciano Dei Bagni - its old Roman Spa has just been refurbished offering a natural hot
water pool, beauty and health treatments. Among the magnificent qualities of Aiola is its
cuisine, supervised by a Tuscan cook who has mastered the traditional culinary skills of the region.
