Villa Santa Croce is located along the
coastal road at 3 kms. from the Amalfi town
center, one of the most enchanting spots on
the Amalfi coast.. The property has over
2500 sq. ft inside and over 5500 sq. ft.
outside. Surrounded by olive groves, pine
trees and many other Mediterranean plants
cascading down to the sea, it has ample
terraces on three different levels covered by
a violet bougainvillea covered pergolas, with
outdoor furniture, built-in seating, marble
tables and garden chairs to provide
comfortable areas for both sitting and al
fresco dining. More paved terraces and
gardens planted with geraniums are situated
around the property. The swimming pool, set
on a terrace at the third and lower level, is
surrounded by a spacious terrace, 12 sun
loungers, 2 showers, and a shaded dining area
with a table for twelve.
The living room, with terracotta floors and
attractive blue zodiacal series shaped insert,
has been furnished in an elegant coastal style
with a beautiful crystal table, comfortable
leather sofas and chairs, with a fireplace and
French doors to the terrace with built-in
seating, wicker chairs with table and ocean
views.
The bedrooms, furnished in a modern and
tasteful coastal fashion, open through French
doors to the terraces, courtyards or balconies,
where on can escape to relax, enjoy the views
and take in the sun.
ACCOMMODATION
Upper Level: From the parking area, there are
four steps up to the main entrance which
opens to a lounge area with a door to the
master bedroom with en-suite bath and
Jacuzzi shower, TV, and sliding iron doors to
the tiled balcony with sea views. A further
door leads to the terrace on the other side (500
sq. ft.) with gardens furniture and potted
plants with outside lighting.
Lower Level: From the lounge area is a
stairway (20 steps) down to the spacious living /
dining room with tile floor, fireplace, sofas for
twelve, opening to a furnished terrace with sea
views. - Double bedroom (can be made as a
twin) with sea views - Small double with
French doors to courtyard with steps to lower
terraces and gardens. Both bedrooms share a
