Villa Grazia in one of the most beautiful areas
of the Amalfi Coast, just 40 steps down from
the main coastal road. This two story villa faces
the sea, and is surrounded by gardens and
terraces offering stunning views. Just below the
villa is a small beach with a restaurant, only
minutes away. The nearest town is 1 km. away
and can be reached by public transportation or
a ten minute walk. The dιcor is typical
Mediterranean with white washed walls and
ceramic tiles. The view from these spacious
balconies and verandas is breathtaking.
Ground Floor: Light and airy living room with
panoramic terrace furnished with comfortable
sofas, and a large dining table - Fully equipped
professional kitchen Three queen / twin
bedrooms with en-suite baths and sea view

First Floor: (reached via 22 steps) Two queen /
twin bedrooms with en-suite baths and sea
view terraces.
Amenities: AIR CONDITIONING, WI-FI,
pay per use telephone, SAT TV, DVD, washer /
dryer, hairdryers in each room, microwave,
each bedroom has a safe, mosquito netting and
an iPod dock. Small swimming pool 10 x 23 ft.
Outside is a terrace next to the living room with
a furnished veranda, perfect for shady relaxing
and informal dining. Outdoor furniture on the
balconies to enjoy the spectacular sea views
