From the second you pull off of the main
road and enter the private driveway through
a remote controlled gate, you will be

the property. Ascend 19 steps to a spacious,
wide open living room with panoramic
views of the sea, accented with a marble
fireplace, fine works of art, intriguing
collectables, comfortable sofas and access
to an incredible terrace with wrought iron /
ceramic table and chairs. The modern,
appliance rich kitchen (with seating for 8)
opens onto a shaded terrace positioned at a
whimsical angle - perfect for al fresco
dining and scenic appreciation. Relax in the
master bedroom behind the living area -
with one queen bed and a single bed, en-
suite bath, highlighted by French doors
opening onto multiple ocean-view terraces.
Take the elevator near the kitchen or climb
20 steps to the first floor, where two queen
size bedrooms await. One of which has its
own en-suite bath and the other shares a bath
with a twin bedroom. All bedrooms have
French doors with access to gorgeous, sea
view terraces. Keep climbing…there are
actually five levels of al fresco terrace and
garden space. Take the elevator or ascend a
45 step exterior staircase to a geranium
filled terrace, and then climb 21 steps further
to the dazzling terrace with the sparkling
swimming pool, deck chairs barbecue and bar.
