Villa Bea is a sophisticated “old world charm
villa” that lies in the lush green hillside above
town, only a few steps from Portofino’s
famous piazzetta. From the terrace and the villa,
you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the
Portofino Bay and the Sestri Levante Coast. To
reach the villa, there are stairs through a
typical terrace Ligurian garden.
The interior décor is elegant and comfortable,
featuring boiserie and plasma TVs. There is a
very comfortable TV room with a 50” plasma
set. The spacious living room has a fireplace
and stereo system. There is also a fully
equipped kitchen and a dining room. There are
two king size and two twin bedrooms, all with
en-suite baths. Three of these have plasma TVs.
In the garden annex is a simpler twin bedroom
with private bath – ideal for children or
teenagers.
Outside, there is an approx. 1.5 acre lawn,
featuring a pergola for al fresco dining and a
furnished sundeck. There is also a wood
burning pizza oven.
Amenities: Cable TV, WI-FI, small above
ground swimming pool with ocean views,
washer / dryer, telephone, full time live-in
staff of two
