This is an exquisite two story villa set in 12
acres in the hills high above the coast, with
wide open views of the sea and the lights of
the port at night. It offers total privacy and
seclusion, yet is just a few minutes walk to
the center of town with its shops and
restaurants. Each room is different in color,
view and furnishings.
Ground Floor: There are several elegantly
furnished living rooms with fireplaces and
high beamed ceilings - King size bedroom
with en-suite bath and A/C - Twin bedroom
with en-suite bath and A/C - Two twin
bedrooms with en-suite baths and ceiling
fans and A/C.
First Floor: King size master bedroom with
en-suite bath and A/C
Outside Features: There are four different
outside dining areas including a pretty vine
covered gazebo on a plateau with
breathtaking views of the sea and a bar that
is carved out of the rocks by the saltwater
swimming pool, which has amazing views
of the coast and is surrounded by trees. The
light outdoor furniture with white cushions
give a very cool feeling during the hot
summer days
Amenities: Air conditioned bedrooms, ping pong table and calcetto soccer field, salt water swimming pool, parking for one car, boat rentals possible
Staff: Fully staffed by four people: Cook, maid, butler and gardener. All meals prepared and served by resident staff
