Erected to prevent against invasions,
this Spanish tower has recently
undergone a major restoration and is
now available for rent for a special
vacation near the ocean. Located at
the top of a cliff with wonderful views
of the sea, it is not far from towns and
the Maremma Natural Park.
Ground Floor: The entrance opens into
a large space, turning into a dining area
with a fireplace - Kitchen - Three
double bedrooms with en-suite baths.
First Floor: Large spacious living room
with A / C and fireplace with 180 degree
views. Furnished with stylish sofas and
chairs, there is an antique table for 8
people - From the living room, there is
access to a beautiful terrace - Terrace
has been divided into two areas, one for
sunbathing and the other for dining.
There are wonderful views from the
terrace on the Monte Argentario on one
side and Talamone on the other.
Tower: From the ground floor, there is a
staircase which leads to the tower. Here
there is a living room on the first floor
and a double bedroom with bath and
walk in closet on the second floor. From
this floor there is access to a small terrace.
Facilities: SAT TV, telephone, internet
access. Washing machine, dishwasher
Staff: Two people who supply maid
service, change linens three times per
week and make a small breakfast
38 ft. motorboat available with skipper
for day trips.
Distances: Talamone - 10 min., Tennis -
10 min., Rome - 1 ½ hrs.
