Those familiar with Capri will know that this
beautiful island is not an easy one to get
around. Few properties are easily reached
without the trials of steep slopes and endless
steps. Some are only accessible on foot.
Piccolo Eremo is blessed with countless
privileges and comforts on this account. This
villa is easily accessible both on foot (by
crossing the famous little piazza, full of
Mediterranean flowers and plants) or by car -
there is parking here.
The luxurious villa looks onto the Faraglioni,
two enormous vertical rocks protruding from
the sea, symbol of Capri and seen on
postcards of Capri. The wonderful terrace -
garden on one side of the villa has an elegant
lounge area, an open air kitchen, a gazebo for
al fresco dining and an unusually shaped pool.
The property is divided into two separate units.
When rented together, all of the terrace -
garden's facilities can be used. The units can,
however, be rented separately. In this case,
Unit 2 has the exclusive use of the pool and
gazebo, while Unit 1 has the exclusive use of
the lounge area, open air kitchen and dining
table. The vegetation offers a little more
privacy.
The property has recently been refurbished,
and both units are in immaculate condition.
The furnishings are elegant and of a very high
standard in both units, though Unit 2 is the
more luxurious of the two. The bathrooms are
new and comfortable, all rooms have water
views. For those who prefer the beach to the
pool, the best sandy beach is within walking
distance, in Marina Piccola, where there is
also a restaurant and bar. They provide
umbrellas and sun loungers.

CONDITIONING (paid on consumption), BBQ,
CD player, parking area
Maid service: 3 hours, 6 days a week
Distances: Supermarket and restaurant - 200
meters, banks, bars and other restaurants - 15
min. walk or 5 min. drive, umbrella and sun
lounger rentals - 80 meters
