La Terrazza is a recently renovated apartment
tucked away amidst the beauty of the Amalfi
Coast. The spacious terrace, draped with ivy
and Mediterranean plants offers sweeping
views of the sea and the picturesque town of
Positano. La Terrazza is centrally located only
a few minutes walk from the internationally
known shops, bars, boutiques and restaurants.
It is also only a 10 minute walk from the main
beach. From the main road, up approximately
35 steps, you reach the garden of the property.
From the garden, up 8 more steps in the front
entrance. Porter service is not provided. Cars
are not essential as there are buses and ferries
serving the major towns and villages of this
coastline.
LIVING SPACES
Bright living room with sitting and dining area –
Open kitchen – Queen size bedroom with
en-suite bath – Twin bedroom and a single
bedroom with French bed share a bath – Queen
size bedroom (terrace access) with en-suite bath
AMENITIES: AIR CONDITIONING, SAT TV,
WI-FI, washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ,
outside shower. Parking may be pre-booked
and paid on arrival - €20 per day
OUTSIDE FEATURES: Furnished terrace
featuring a shaded dining area with a table for
8, sitting area with lounge chairs
- Electricity included up to 200 Kw per
week, each extra Kw €0.45
- A/C not included (€0.45 per Kw)
- Housekeeping included 3 hours, 6
days per week, extra hours at €15
per hour
- Change of bath linen twice weekly
- Welcome dinner: €60 per person
including wine – 6 person minimum
- Cook service: €20 per hour
- Telephone not available at property
- Laundry and ironing at €15 per hour
- Late arrival fee of €50 between 8 – 10
PM. No arrivals after 10 PM
- Final cleaning fee of €150 paid locally
- Security deposit of €1500 paid on arrival
