This lovely apartment of 2200 sq. ft. is in an
excellent location, about 56 steps down from
street level. Just above the center of Positano
with stunning views, it is also within walking
distance from the heart of this lively town
with its small grocery shops, bars and
restaurants and the celebrated chic boutiques.
Situated on a higher level is La Sirena "C"
which has an independent external entrance
but can also be connected internally to Sirena
"M" providing a spacious accommodation,
which can be rented together for parties of 8
adults.
The living and dining room are exquisitely
furnished with antiques and quality pieces,
have the traditional high, vaulted ceilings and
terracotta floors and all open to the garden
through large glass doors, which give
generous light and views. Entering from the
garden is a small sitting area with a curtain
divider to a double bedroom off of which is a
showered bathroom. A few steps lead up to
the smaller twin bedroom with en-suite bath.
The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge /
freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and
opens to the garden.
Outside is the enchanting garden, which runs the full length of the property and offers extra outdoor space to the already roomy apartment. The garden is dotted with hibiscus, roses, geraniums and citrus trees, and is furnished for al fresco dining.
A car is not essential; however, a parking space may be pre-booked at 20 Euros per day and has to be paid in advance
Mid service of 6 hours is included mid week. Extra hours at E 10 per hour.
